Repeating Bullets and numbers single click on enter key stop Bullets and numbers double click on enter key

Bullets
Start a bulleted list.

Click the arrow to choose different bullet styles.

Define new bullets
Click on define new bullets a dialogue box Will be open in this way you can ad symbols, pictures or fonts as bullets.

Numbering
Start a number list.

Click on the arrow to choose different numbering formats

Define new number formats
Click on new number formats in this way you can ad number style and font.

Multilevel list
Start a multilevel list.

Click on the arrow to choose different multilevel styles.

Define new multilevel styles
Click on define new multilevel styles for more multilevel styles applying.

Decrease indent
Decreases the indent level of the paragraph.

Increase indent
Increase the indent level of the paragraph.

Sort
Alphabetize the selected text or sort numerical data.
Click on F1 for more help


Show/Hide (ctrl+*)
Show paragraph marks and other hidden formatting symbols
Press F1 for more help

Align text left (ctrl+L)
Align text to the left


Center (ctrl+E)
Center Text

Align text right (ctrl+R)
Align text to the right

Justify (ctrl+J)
Align text to both the left and right margins, adding extra space between words as necessary.

This creates a clean look along the left and right side of the page.

Line and paragraph spacing
Change the spacing between lines of text.

You can customize the amount of space added before and after paragraphs

Shading
Colour the background behind the selected text or paragraph.

Bottom border
Customize the borders of the selected cells or text.
Press F1 for more help
